Conditions for Return
To ensure a smooth return experience, please keep the following in mind:
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within the timeframe specified on the product page.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: Include all original packaging, price tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Secure Packing: Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return?
You can request a return through either of the following:
- Email: Send your order ID and product images to return@larina.in
- WhatsApp: Message us at +91 89795 10010 with your order details and product photos.
Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, the return process will be initiated within 24 hours.
Refund Process
- Product Pickup: Our courier partner will collect the product from your location.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your original payment method:
- Card Payments: Refunded to the original credit/debit card within 7 business days.
- Net Banking / Cash: Refunded to your bank account. Please share your bank details when requested.
- Cheque Option: If the bank is unable to process the refund, a cheque will be issued in the name used during the order.
Refunds typically reflect within 1 to 7 working days, depending on your bank and payment gateway.
