Larina Return and Refund Policy

At Larina, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we’re here to assist you with a simple and transparent return process.


Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return experience, please keep the following in mind:

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within the timeframe specified on the product page.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Include all original packaging, price tags, labels, and the invoice.
  • Secure Packing: Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return?

You can request a return through either of the following:

  • Email: Send your order ID and product images to return@larina.in
  • WhatsApp: Message us at +91 89795 10010 with your order details and product photos.

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, the return process will be initiated within 24 hours.


Refund Process

  • Product Pickup: Our courier partner will collect the product from your location.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your original payment method:

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original credit/debit card within 7 business days.
  • Net Banking / Cash: Refunded to your bank account. Please share your bank details when requested.
  • Cheque Option: If the bank is unable to process the refund, a cheque will be issued in the name used during the order.

Refunds typically reflect within 1 to 7 working days, depending on your bank and payment gateway.
